We stayed in the brand new Safari Tent, I can highly recommend it. Wonderfully spacious and well equipped, very comfortable beds and a great pitch. Also used the swimming pool at Highlands End- clean, warm and big enough. The campsite is spotless and very handy for the beach and walking. We will be returning in the future and I would...

Lovely peaceful camping site, well maintained and toilets/cubicle rooms kept very clean. No entertainment but you can go to other sites and pay to use there facilities if you wanted too. Very close to the beach and a 5 minute drive into town.

Beautiful scenary 150 metres from beach dog friendly. No entertainment but pub (dog friendly) on the beach. Would love to go back as the location was so good however., the lane leading to the park is 3/4 of a mile. It took us 3/4 of an hour to go through the lane. There is only really passing points for cars...

Dear Angie, Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay at Golden Cap. We are so pleased that you had such a nice time and enjoyed the location. Unfortunately, regarding access onto the site, we are set in a rural area and the entrance is a narrow country lane. We do advise our touring vans to stick to their...

Although the location is excellent, superb walking along coast path, good pubs very close by, the shower block is dire. It is very dated and needs a good clean considering the season has just begun, don't look upwards! Also no grey water disposal facility for Motorhomes. Serious investment needed to bring the touring side of this site to match that...

Dear Ashley, Thank you for your comments, we are pleased that you enjoyed the location and the walks in the area. We are very disappointed that you found the shower block not up to its usual high standard. I have passed on your feedback and hope this does not deter you from visiting us again.

Have stayed at this campsite on and off over past 20 plus years and always loved it. First stay in their luxury lodge and it lived up to every expectation. Spacious, clean, fully fitted kitchen - just great. Family bathroom a very good size. Central heating kept us warm on cooler days. Really useful that the kitchen was more than...

Whilst the site is very nice with lovely views, access to and from the site is a nightmare and totally not suitable for towing vehicles. On leaving the site, we were met with no less than 9 vehicles coming in, some had to back up, some had to pull over, there is very little room for manoeuvre, we were very...

We stayed in one of the 3 bedroomed lodges overlooking the bay and the views were absolutely stunning. The accommodation was also clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the heating system was not fit for purpose as on one day we woke up to no hot water/ heating and on another occasion heat from the toilet radiators was unbearable and difficult...

Great campsite, spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. Superb location for coastal walks and up the Golden Cap - amazing views. Only downside was the showers - not really hot enough. Fresh made pizzas excellent value. Will be returning. Recommend a visit the Abbotsbury enchanted gardens in the evening - magical !
