This place is located a bit above sea level and offers wonderful views overlooking lush green field and the north sea. The rooms are decent size and well maintained. We had a double room and access to the common lounge whee there were a assortment of DVDs, TV channels and good books. The Bed and breakfast included awesome scottish breakfast. We...

Stayed here for two nights while hillwalking on Arran. All very tidy and well presented-good big breakfast. Nice warm upstairs sitting room too. Will stay again. Room was not en suite but that was no issue to us.

I was quite late booking a room for an autumn weekend away by myself. I am so glad a lot of other places were sold out, because Carrick Lodge was a brilliant base for exploring the Isle of Arran. It's a short walk from the ferry, Brodick shops and the beach. The house was exactly what I was looking for:...

Guesthouse on hill, good parking, a pleasant short walk from Brodick ferry port and bus terminal. Good Wi-fi, pleasant staff, good breakfast, comfortable room and guest facility, what more can you ask for. Walked to bars/restaurants/facilities and sights in Brodick and easy drive to restaurants in other island towns. Had a good time and will visit again.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is yummy what more do you need for a comfortable stay. During my stay, I was lucky enough to get the chance to see every room in the place which has it's own little uniqueness.

Wow, where to begin. We absolutely loved this B&B. We stayed here on our honeymoon and couldn't have picked a better B&B. Faith was so accomodaiting when we ran into timing issues with the ferry to the Island. We contacted Faith on the morning of the day we were to stay there because we ran into travel issues. She was...

We stayed At Carrick Lodge for 3 nights last week. We had a super room with a great view of the mountains, ferry port and Brodick Castle. Faith was absolutely charming, helpful and accommodating. There was a good choice for breakfast and the kippers are delicious ! Brodick is a good base, we found, to tour the whole island by...

Me and my husband have spend four nights at Carrick Lodge Guest House. The room and the bathroom had all necessary facilities required, the bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet so we had good sleep after days out. The selection of food for breakfast was good and Faith was a great host, making sure everyone was happy....

We booked this after viewing the website which states that all 6 bedrooms have en suite. When we arrived we were shown room 6 and a bathroom across the hall passing the entrance to the breakfast room and the main door. When we pointed out that we had booked an en suite room we were told that our confirmation stated...

As we discussed at the time, your booking confirmation did clearly state you had booked a room with private facilities. We did also agree that our website had been slightly misleading and it has since been updated to avoid any confusion again. We did accommodate you in a twin en suite room and we hope you went on to enjoy...

The room was good size, and the bed quite comfy. The staff were helpful and the whole place was very clean. The breakfast was nothing special at all, and was quite slow coming. All in all, for the budget it was fine, and it served the purpose of a Brodick base.
