Mary is a very welcoming host. Lovely big room with great sea view and balcony. Clean and bright. Good breakfast. Well tended garden. Chocolate biscuits with the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I rest my case! Would definitely stay here again.

We visited here over Hogmanay and thankfully Mary was able to take us as we had a wedding in whiting bay. A very warm greeting and immediately we felt at home. We were able to come and go as we please (bearing in mind a Hogmanay wedding we came in very late!). The room was lovely and clean and everything... More

We had a most lovely stay there over a number of days. The breakfasts were exceptional, the rooms, in fact the whole B&B, were spotless. The local knowledge of the proprietor adds immeasurably to touring the lovely island.

This is a spotless B&B run by Mary Robinson who has an encyclopaedic grasp of what to do on Arran. Breakfast comes with fresh fruit- and that's getting rare these days in UK stays. Rooms are simple, immaculate and those with views get an eyeful of the Clyde estuary and Ayrshire coast

We stayed here in October 2009 for 3 nights with our then 2 year old son. The room was clean spacious with lovely view, comfy beds and plenty of room for our son's bed too. Fantastic breakfast in the morning which set you up for the whole day. Mary was very helpful and hospitable. Only downside is that I don't... More

This is a good value B&B in a good location on Arran. Good scottish breakfast. We stayed in the Golden Eagle room which is large with excellent sea views. However, be aware that there is a balcony outside the window for use by all the guests which could compromise your privacy unless you shut the blind! Best place to eat... More

Spent a lovely relaxing two days with Mary at her B&B and enjoyed wonderful breakfasts and warm hospitality. Beautiful views over the bay from our bedroom and lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Although its not en-suite, the rooms are upstairs and are spacious with separate toilet and bathroom...ideal for a short visit. Would recommend this lovely accommodation... More

After travelling half way around the world from Australia, we were warmly welcomed by Mary. We had a terrific room with a fabulous view and slept extremely well in the most comfortable bed after such a long journey. Breakfast was good and plentiful –– a great way to start off our day of touring.
