As always we were made to feel at home. I once stayed there for almost a month and they took such good care of me. We had dinner in the restaurant on the friday night and the food was lovely. Thank you for a lovely weekend

We were out for a birthday meal, and undecided where to go so we popped in here. This was our 1st visit, being a Tuesday lunchtime we were the only people in here. The food was very pleasant and the staff friendly definitely worth a visit.

We spent one night during our travel around Scotland. Good location for visiting Speyside. Breakfast is good - there is a nice choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is good hotel although a bit of refurbishment would be good.

We only stayed for one night while walking the Speyside Way. We enjoyed our stay here, good location, and the staff was very friendly and serviceminded. It´s a littlebit dated, but good enough, even though we would have enjoyed better beds and pillows.

Had a meal in the restaurant with a few friends. The food was good with a varied menu and the Staff were very pleasant. The entrance to the hotel could put people off going in as it is a bit dated although the bar was busy serving meals so it obviously does not deter the majority.

Lovely staff Lorna and Maureen made our stay pleasurable and nothing was too much trouble. They are the true gems here and management really needs a big wake up call. Please buy new beds and get rid of the appalling saniflo loos which whizz & whine all night long. Updates for the very tired menu:- 1) tinned grapefruit and prunes...

Stayed here for 3 nights in June, While it is not a fancy hotel by any means, it is very quaint and "local". One cannot expect a 5 star resort in a little town in Scotland. The room was clean and that is the most important factor for me. It is clear that the hotel was built prior to indoor...

This hotel's beds (at least in my room) are the worst I have ever tried to sleep in. They are just a bunch of wire coils covered in a thin layer of material and placed on top of a rickety, squeaky frame. Bathrooms were nice enough, but everything else is likely from the early 1980s. Breakfast was good, but for...

Firstly this is 100% genuine. I have stayed here in the last few weeks with colleagues. The hotel is quite frankly run down and needs a major update from top to bottom. The staff were lovely and to be commended.Meals were very good in the restaurant although we didnt like seeing the chefs sitting out the back of the hotel...

Stayed for 2 nights whilst touring the area. The bedroom was very adequate and clean and had a super shower with big towels to use. The evening meals and breakfasts were nicely cooked and good value. The staff in the hotel were friendly and polite and a credit to the management

Thank windyrig
