I booked this accommodation on New Year's morning because my travel plans fell through. I got to Links Lodge at 9.00am on New Year's day which was well before check in time but Angela gave me a room and made sure I was comfortable, warm, and fed. I intended to stay for one night but ended up changing all other...

Lovely accommodation, with absolutely stunning views, really delicious breakfasts and a most attentive owner. This really added to a delightful trip to a most beautiful location and I will happily return!

My parents came to visit me in Glasgow for my Master's graduation, and we decided to take a few days beforehand to travel up north. We booked a few hotel rooms at random along the route, and we were blown away by Links Lodge. The owners are absolutely lovely, the rooms are beautiful (and very, very comfortable), and the breakfast...

Based on the reviews I expected a quality establish however sometimes it is the little things that make all the difference. I booked two nights well in advance then subsequently realised I had slipped up with the dates. I emailed Angela and she amended this without any fuss. I let her know we would be arriving quite late and this...

Enjoying my stay at Links Lodge!! Friendly welcome, lovely warm room and powerful Mira shower to heat up after a long day working in the cold. Fresh milk delivered to my room on arrival for my mug of coffee and delicious biscuits. Due to work, I'm leaving very early, but there is cereal, fresh juice and a packed lunch made...

Excellent - would highly recommend. Very hospitable owners (Angela and John) along with the other staff. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fruits, cereal and hot. Able to do our washing there as well!! Would definitely stay there again should we ever come back (from Australia 🙂)

Everything about this place was 10 out of 10. Clean, warm and comfortable with a wonderful view. The couple who own it were very hospitable without being OTT. Loved the little touches - fresh milk brought to the room on arrival. Breakfast was again 10/10, again the little touches of freshly made porridge, fresh fruit salad and local black pudding...

The breakfast is superb, excellent choice, the local Smoked salmon is a must. Fresh milk on arrival, even home made cake one day. Angela and John & the other staff friendly &...

We stayed for 3 nights. On arrival we were shown to our room. The room was large and immaculate. Very very clean. Angela was very helpful and let us know where we could eat at night. At breakfast there was a vast choice and cooked fresh. We loved our stay and felt welcome at all times. There was even a...
