what a delightful place to stay, Frank and Agnes are delightful and so welcoming. The room was large and nice and warm, even put on the electric blanket knowing it was cold. I had to change my travel arrangements due to severe weather. Frank willingly changed my stay from Wednesday to Tuesday without a second thought, which is commendable. Breakfast...

Rooms comfortable and clean, if slightly old-fashioned, plenty of hot water, convenient location, quiet at night, car parking behind hotel can be reached on foot through the garden, but what made it a pleasure to stay here was the friendly people and excellent service. When my 17 year old son reached the end of his sausage and bacon at breakfast,...

We are so thankful we had the priviledge of staying at the Leven. An older B&B with very nice atmosphere. Mostly because of Frank and Agnes! Two of the nicest people you could...

Lovely owners who are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location with a great breakfast and basic but comfortable rooms. All you need in a B&B. Rooms at the back are quiet. Overall good value for money.

The owners are very friendly and the hotel is kept very clean. I found the internet very slow, the place had a bit of tired feel to it (interior could do with a bit of refresh - noted it is a beautiful old building). Overall it is good value and pleasant but not amazing.
