Caroline provides one of the very best B&B accommodation we have stayed in because of her attention to detail. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed so very comfortable. We were welcomed by Caroline and offered a welcome drink. Her breakfasts are delicious, and she respected our need not to overeat. Her home made fruit salad and jams were...

We were walking the Great Glen Way and spent the last night at the Rowan Tree. Our only regret was that we had to leave after breakfast. The room was comfortable abd breakfast was a genuine treat. We'd love to return.

Thank you Caroline for making our stay one of the highlights of our Scottish holiday. Your hospitality is incomparable and the B&B so welcoming that it was hard to leave. For me it was extra special as we shared a common background and talking to you about Stockport and its surrounds certainly took me back. No detail is overlooked when...

This B&B appeared like a mirage in the fog after a painfully long and difficult 20-mile trek in the rain, and Caroline was at our service from the minute we knocked on the door. What puts this B&B above the others is the hospitality - Caroline took our wet coats and boots to dry them and then showed us to...
