We stayed to the building atthe back. It was noisy, you could hear the otherswalking as ifthey were inside your room! Not very clean and it was smelly in the bathroom. I definately do not recomend to stay there. There are some nice b&b at the village.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time to write us a review. I am terribly sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay with us at the hotel and unfortunately we are unable to prevent noise from heavy feet. However I will look into the matter of the bathroom as we do pride ourselves on cleanliness and I’m very disappointed our high...

Another hotel on the Great Glen Way. The room was very comfortable, but it seemed to get very hot for reasons I couldn't fathom. One big annoyance was that the WiFi was only available in public areas, which were shut after 9pm. The only place to pick it up was sat outisde the hotel!

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time to write us a review. I’m glad you found our rooms comfortable even if they were a little warm. In Scotland we are not used to such hot weather which we have experienced this year. Luckily all our rooms have windows and generally a good breeze at night. As for the Wi-Fi we...

This is a basic no frills hotel. My room was clean but unfortunatly the paper thin walls made it feel as though I was in the next room with the couple having a chat into the small hours. The resturant/bar was comfortable and the food was ok but not as described on the menu. Breakfast was average. As ever in...

We stayed here for three nights as part of a sightseeing trip to Loch Ness, the hotel is a bizzarre looking building and at 1st seems modern, you then get to the rooms and you fear the worse as they are dated, but retro might be a better word, they are clean, quiet and very comfortable. There is no wifi...

I took a party of ladies to the hotel for high tea on Saturday 10th May 2014. I don't know where to begin with praise. The food was exceptionally good, the staff, although all very young, were efficient and nothing was too much for them. Angie was in charge and knew how to be there! Quietly went about the job,...

I stayed with my mother & my Grand daughter for one night while we visited Loch Ness. My Grand daughter was delighted to see the 'Scooby-Doo' movie episode framed on the wall, since this was why she'd wanted to go to Loch Ness in the first place after seeing it on the TV (we all chose a location on our...

Visited in early April 2014. The staff on reception are really nice and friendly. Room was good, only downside for me is that the bathroom decoration is really dated, however the facilities themselves are in fine working order. Wi-fi is problematic in rooms, working only intermittently but this wasn't a huge issue as it works fine in public areas. Parking...

On arriving we were a little disappointed as the pictures on line had lead us to believe that the hotel had views of the loch. The very 80s styling and decor (including avocado bathroom suite) were also a little off putting but that was just on the surface. On settling in we found the room was warm and comfortable. Both...

This review good easily have been a 4 star review. The car park was great, reception and check in were fine and the evening meal and the breakfast were excellent. However, the rooms were a good size, but quite dated, a minute TV and the bathroom was about 30 years out of date. Even these negatives should have still earned...
