Arrived around 4pm, found the B&B very easy. A very warm welcome upon arrival, we were shown our two rooms one downstairs and one upstairs. Impressed with both of them, very modern. My wife and I stayed here one night and we loved it. The house is very tidy and cozy. The bed was fantastic, we both slept great. Breakfast in the morning was awesome, Rory can cook a perfect egg, and has great advice for the area, including recommending a short walking trail down the road. Multiple restaurants and the castle...

After a glitch with our booked accommodation, we were lucky enough to end up at the Woodlands Guesthouse for 3 nights. We weren't expected, but felt so welcomed and were shown into a beautiful, warm room (the Skye room) with lovely views. The breakfast was lovely, we just had a wonderful stay. Very highly recommend this place for sure.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this wonderful guesthouse for four nights in September. absolutely everything was amazing. The room (one of their smallest, apparently!) was beautiful and spacious, and the service was spectacular. the breakfasts - served by Rory every morning! - were delicious and the perfect way to start the day. It's down a really quiet residential street...

Perfect location close to Loch Ness. Room was spacious with a large, comfy bed. Service was a bit un-personal, but nonetheless Rory was very friendly and made a good breakfast. Decently priced and in a very quiet area.
