Carole & Kelvin are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. The whole place is spotless and everything is thought about for the traveller. Had a room at the rear of the house and the views were just spectacular. Breakfast is amazing, a very long list to choose from and the presentation is wonderful. Can't recommend this... More

A one night stay on our way south, we immediately felt at home with Carole and Kelvin. The rooms are clean, the bathroom perfect and breakfast spot on! They also take time to suggest activities and places to eat. Thanks a lot !

Excellent accommodation - very clean and well maintained. Friendly hosts who even put up a notice to let guests know that the Tain Pipe Band were playing that night in the High Street. Breakfast was as much or as little as you required with a great choice. Thank you Carole and Kelvin. Peaceful, quiet location but not far from town.

Helpfully located right at the start (or the end, depending which way you've come in) of Tain, the well-maintained gardens are an indication of what to expect. A spotlessly clean, tidy and bright interior, decorated and furnished with comfort in mind. We received a warm welcome, put immediately at ease and enjoyed a great night's sleep after a fairly long... More

We stayed here on our way to Orkney Islands. Wish we had been able to stay more than one night. Beautiful setting, great views and the best breakfast we have ever had in Scotland. It may have been the farm fresh eggs, the view or the friendliness of the of the hosts....either way we highly recommend.

We were grateful to find a B&B open at the end of the "tourist sesson". The location is ideal for driving North or South. We received a warm welcome from both Kelvin & Carole. The house was very clean & meticulously tidy. Our room was warm and comfortable and had a welcoming tray of goodies. Our hosts were keen to... More
