We stayed at this hotel as part of the North Coast 500 - it had been recommended on the NC500 website - and we were not disappointed. The hotel is set in a beautiful location and it just oozes comfort and warmth from the moment you arrive. The receptionist was lovely and the bar staff knowledgeable. The food was fabulous...

Absolutely beautiful remote location. Ideal for peaceful relaxing break or outdoor activity holiday. Great location for hillwalking. Excellent helpful staff and first class food. Cocktail bar with vast range of whiskies is ideal place to enjoy a quiet chat with barman and other guests after dinner. Simply one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

A wonderful two night stay in a spacious room with a view over the Loch. Staff very professional and friendly with first class service throughout the weekend. All dietary requirements were met with no fuss from afternoon tea through to the tasting menu. The food was of the highest quality and delicious.

Came here on the eve of my birthday, having driven down from the Michelin starred Albannach which had been magical. Torridon hotel I am sad to say was overall a quite disappointing, we were shown to a disabled room (for no real reason as far as we could tell) which to their credit was made ready quickly on our arrival....

Stayed for One night, previously did the walking festival and always wanted to return. The hotel is set in spectacular scenery. Immaculate hotel throughout. Evening meal delicious and all staff very warm and friendly. Returned to room, hot water bottle beside the highland cow soft toy, cute. My husband chuffed with the porridge, cream, brown sugar and a Torridon dram...

We spent two nights here during our NC 500 trip and had questioned whether or not we wanted to stick around any one place that long given the wealth of opportunity along the driving route. But everything about The Torridon was amazing. Spectacular room (which was upgraded for us upon our arrival!) with gorgeous views out over the mountains and...

I don't have enough time to throw superlatives in a review at this hotel! In a nut shell - food is amazing, staff are top notch (special mention to Pete who looked after us during our stay!), rooms fantastic, whisky bar is mind blowing....just one of those wee gems that is 10/10! This is how a 5* should be -...
