I first came across James Boswell as a young teenager. Bored, one summer holiday, I decided to browse my father's bookshelves and saw an old book with the intriguing title of 'Tour to the Hebrides'. I read it through. I then read Boswell's opus magnum,...More

Is there a good service connection in the House? Just concerned as I will need to be taking calls etc throughout the week for work.

There is no wifi, which has its pros and cons. My phone signal was one bar.

I'm just looking for information about the past inhabitants of Auchinleck House. Was there ever a little boy around 8 maybe 10 years old at a push that lived there and what happened to him?
