Wild Cottage is beautifully quiet, nestled as it is in the tiny hamlet of Lochdon, about 3 miles from Craignure ferry terminal and village. We stayed for four nights as we were seeking a tranquil getaway, and we weren't disappointed! Andy and Diana could not have done more to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend... More

Whilst different from the other B&Bs we stayed in during our tour of NW Scotland, we had a lovely relaxing stay. Diane and Andy were very friendly with lots of interesting knowledge of the area and wildlife. We were able to chose the time for breakfast according to what we were doing that day; the breakfast certainly set us up... More

Comfortable, quiet, welcoming. I would certainly recommend Wild Cottage. After a week of van-camping we stayed for one night before our friends' wedding in Craignure. Andy and Diana welcomed us like old friends and provided everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board for our crumpled clothes. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the area, its history... More

Mull was the 3rd island we visited on our recent island hopping tour and Wild cottage was a lovely relaxing place to stay. Ideally situated for the ferry at Craignure and 10 minutes from Torosay Castle, we were lucky enough to look round the spectacular gardens during our stay. Andy and Diana we're welcoming and friendly and a fount of... More

My wife and I stayed for a night on a recent tour of Scotland and Mull. It was a delightful stay and Andy and Diana who were extremely welcoming and great company with lots of knowledge of local wildlife. The room wanted for nothing and as the B&B was too far to walk into Cragnure, we opted for the evening... More

My best friend and I stayed 2 nights in this B&B and we had a lovely time! Andy and Diana were very welcoming and friendly, and they answered all the (many) questions we had about the area, the driving, the ferries, the attractions and things to do around. The room was cosy and clean, and we did not need anything... More

What a delightful B&B, the owners are bird watchers and nature lovers and are a mine of information about the wildlife on Mull. Very relaxed atmosphere and only 10 minutes from the ferry to Oban, and the local pub. White tailed eagles nest 15 minutes away and plenty of birds down the road from the cottage

We spent three nights at Wild Cottage whilst visiting the Isle of Mull. Andy and Diana were very welcoming and were a great source of local information. The accommodation was clean and well furnished, if a little small, but quite cosy. The property is a centre of attraction for a number of different species of birds. It's central location makes it... I planned a weekend visit to Mull for my husband's 60th birthday surprise. There were many surprises whilst we were there...the sun shone all weekend, I saw my first golden eagle and caught a wonderful photo of it, we met up with long-lost friends and a pod of dolphins escorted our ferry back to the mainland...but one of the best...
