Lovely hotel. Well positioned for easy access. Check in process was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Next door to a Toby carvers - £3.99 all you can eat breakfast. My only negative comment would be that the pillows were too soft.

My son fell and sustained a head injury in our room so we had a trip to A&E for a crazy looking pressure bandage. Decided to leave early because of said head injury and also because my husband...

I've stayed in many premier inns up and down the country, but sadly this one is probably the poorest of the lot. The hotels restaurant was closed for a refurbishment so I went to the Toby Carvery next door for my evening meal but sadly I had no opportunity for breakfast in the morning as the Carvery doesn't start breakfast...

Stayed here the night before and of a family members wedding at the vu. Lots of car parking, staff were brilliant. We had breakfast next door a Toby Carvery as it was cheaper. Would return and recommend to a friend.

Brilliant hotel and very friendly staff, quality of sleep I have marked 1 out of 5 as there was an unfortunate fire alarm during the night, every other aspect of my stay was fantastic however, firemen and staff worked fast to get us back in our beds as quickly as possible.
