Booked thru Shearings . No complaints hotel provided a good all round service. Rooms agree bit dated but this adds to the charm. Decent food choice only complaint was the hot items at breakfast barely warm Staff very good. Enjoyable week end

Stayed in this Hotel for five Days on a Shearings coach trip. I found the Hotel very good the staff are very friendly and helpful There are three evening meal times and the meals are good with plenty of choices and the catering staff are very quick. I had no problems with my room witch was very large and comfortable...

Hotel very old and as previous visitors have mentioned carpets very warn. Room was very cold when we arrived we had to put radiator on. Would have been nice if it had been warmed an hour or so before 3pm check in. There was not 1 local member of staff all polish/romanian. Had a very rigid timetable for evening meal...

Thank you for posting your comments, sorry the radiator should have been on for your arrival. We cant have everyone picking their on table as this would not work in a restaurant and would be crazy, we have a time slots for guests to choose from and this works very well, I'm unsure why you did not ask your waiter...

The hotel was very clean and tidy but very tired the bed room carpets were thread bare,the bathroom was very tired needed new floor covering,the tile needed re grouting,parts of the light fitting in the ceiling in the bathroom was missing.but on the plus side beds very comfy and clean plenty of hot water nice clean white towels.food very good...

As staying in Braemar this was a place to decide where to eat over a few days as eating places are limited. We enjoyed a drink and perused the menu. Regret to say we did not eat there as menus around the area seem to be pretty similar with a limited selection. But the interior is pleasant.

The Invercauld Hotel is currently the biggest hotel in Braemar and is the first building you see on the left as you enter the village along the long straight coming in from the North side. It wears a slight air of neglect now, although the bar still feels smart and snug. We took a very large party over over 40...

Invercauld Arms Hotel with Shearings Holidays. Saturday 17th September to 24th Traveled from Bolton with several stops to pick passengers up before arriving at Gretna Green where we changed coaches for our journey to Braemar.
