My partner and I stayed three nights at the beautiful Cladich House. This is set down a peaceful tranquil lane. So calm and quiet with only the sound of the river rushing under the little bridge! The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated had a lovely fresh scent as you walked through the door. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were supplied along with a lovely gift of home made Scottish tablet made by the equally lovely Jane who also made a fresh loaf of delicious bread every morning to accompany our breakfast! Such a fabulous choice to pick at breakfast and cooked to perfection too! The couple Dan and Jane really did make us feel at home and were perfect hosts . so pleasant charming and funny (still keep laughing when Dan told us a story about "furry boots" haha) Really cant recommend Cladich House enough. We will return! Dan and Jane , you made out stay "Just Perfect"

Absolutely gorgeous place, very quiet location, lots of parking. Dan could not have been any more helpful, lovely welcome, room had everything you could ask for - nice touch of home made tablet too! Big room, lovely bathroom with a great spacious shower. Very comfortable bed so a great night's sleep. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and cooked beautifully - and as others have said, don't miss out on the home made bread!! Thoroughly recommended :)

From the moment we arrived we felt warmly welcomed. We stayed 2 nights in a freshly decorated, spotless twin room. Tea/coffee biscuits and a lovely gift bag of homemade tablet awaited us along with fluffy white towels and toiletries. All Covid rules followed to keep everyone safe. Dan, the owner, is passionate about his house and the area he now calls home having moved up here from Essex way. Although there were other guest staying the house was quiet and set in a peaceful location. Huge choice at breakfast from fresh fruit, cereals, toast to any combination of cooked breakfast cooked to perfection. A gorgeous homemade loaf of bread for each set of diners. Such lovely attention to detail makes Cladich House stand out from the rest. Dan couldn't do more to make our stay perfect. Plenty of things to see and do in the area. 10 miles from Inverary and not far from Oban. A great spot for exploring by car. We wish we could have stayed longer. If you stay at Cladich House, I guarantee, you won't be disappointed.

This cute cottage is situated not far from Kilchurn Castle and its remote location makes it perfectly quiet and relaxing. We didn't have a problem finding it with Google Maps, though you might want to download the maps offline as there is currently no service there (though the host told us there were plans to add a 5G mast nearby). Our room was very nice and clean, compact in size, though with everything we needed. There was a goody bag with sweets, which was a lovely touch. The bathroom is nicely furnished with a modern shower with glazed doors. Breakfast is served downstairs and it's pretty rich: there was a tasty home-made loaf of bread waiting for us, along with juices, jams, Nutella and fruit. We opted for a typical Scottish breakfast, which was very tasty. A couple of cows were staring at us from the other side of the road, which added to the quaintness of the place. The host was very kind and polite, giving us a warm welcome and proving very helpful by giving us extra tips to improve our journey. Very good Covid precautions in place, too: our temperatures were checked at the entrance, hand sanitisers was available in the main rooms, masks were mandatory in communal areas. Great spot for nature lovers.
