The best word to describe our stay at this hotel would be "underwhelming". There is nothing particularly bad, but there's nothing to write home about either. The room was clean and comfortable with the facilities you expect (tea, coffee, kettle, etc) and the Wifi was decent. The bathroom was clean but there was no soap provided. Also we had low...

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we have owned the hotel for just over a year now and are gradually investing in better facilites and refurbishments as time and money become available, and thank you for your best wishes. I'm glad we were able to address the issue with the water pressure for you, hopefully next time...

We stayed here over Easter weekend with family which include 2 small children. The service was very good and the owner's very welcoming. The meals were all good and the atmosphere in the bar was great.

We stayed here at the end of a day's walking on the West Highland Way. The staff were super friendly and inviting. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet. The food in the restaurant was very good indeed.

I recently stayed here while walking the west highland way and it was fantastic. Stayed in the main house and had dinner at night. The service was great and the food was wonderful also. It is right off the trail from the west highland way makes it easy to get to if you are hiking. The owner and his wife...

The owners and locals were very hospitable to us even when we were rather noisy on the Friday night ( Sorry Mark!) The meals were very good breakfast Was a Lifesaver...All reasonably priced. Cracking ale and local pilsner behind bar...

I spentt two nights camped out at the facility. Overall thsee two nights in my tent were better than the nights spent at hotel in Fort Williams. I had an espescially wonderfull conversation with an English gentleman with a pony tail (I'm terrible at names) working at the facility. He worked his butt off while entertaining me with his talk...

We had a lovely stay here when walking the West Highland Way. We were camping on site but spent the evening drying off by the welcoming fire and enjoying a few drinks from the bar. One member of staff, Steve, made us feel very at home. Thanks for everything!

We had initially planned to camp here but on arrival it turned out there was a room due to late cancellation. The room was nice and spacious, the bar/dining area was very comfortable, food decent, the quality of customer service was excellent, and they had a nice selection of local beers from the River Leven Brewery. To top it off,...
