Stayed for 1 night on visit to island. Remote access code and room directions gained speedily. Room clean warm well presented. Fresh appearance on arrival . Plenty of fresh towels and toiletries available. Tea coffee making plentiful. Comfortable bed for great night sleep. Only thing I found lacking was no in room information on contact details or breakfast info.. However, in morning met by welcoming staff in breakfast room lovely cooked breakfast tea and toast .. Would not hesitate to stay on another occasion

I was a little apprehensive about staying here after reading of the recent reviews, but in all fairness my stay was perfectly acceptable, the entrance hall and staircase certainly need updating but my room including bathroom were clean, tidy and plenty of clean towels. A good sized fully cooked breakfast was served which was very nice.

Do not go by the photos they have provided!, the room we stayed in bore no resemblance. No bed head, bedside tables or lamps. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was hanging off. The wallpaper was hanging off the ceiling. Curtains were hanging off the curtain rail. Windows were disgusting, we had to clean them ourselves. Needs a major refurb. This is the worst B&B hotel we have stayed in in 30yrs. Attention to detail is non existent! On a positive note, breakfast was excellent and the bed was comfy. One we had cleaned the windows, the view was spectacular!
