The reviews are not wrong - this place sets the bar for B&B. The room is delightful and fabulous view of the loch. The chaps who run this place have applied a level of attention to service and aesthetic detail which is extraordinary for this price point. The breakfasts are better than most 5 star hotels we have stayed in and are presented with real panache and style. Matt was so welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. This is THE must-stay B&B venue in the area - don't waste your time elsewhere....you will not be sorry!

Stayed one night in August. Fantastic bed and breakfast. Room was stunning with view to die for. Breakfast delivered to room on a beautifully presented trolley, and what a breakfast. So many extra little touches that just made our stay such a treat. Luxurious bedding and toiletries. Just perfect.

A very warm welcome from Matt who cooked a breakfast to die for with local produce which was presented beautifully on a trolley for private room dining experience in your own Lochside lounge area. The room was lovely: very comfy bed with lovely crisp white linen; immaculately clean with White Company toiletries including a bedtime pillow spray (a lovely original touch). Although the shower room was very small it was beautifully decorated with everything you needed. Matt was a convivial host eager to share his love of Scotland. This stay was a total pleasure.

Wow we only stayed here for one night on our way up to Beauly and it was such a beautiful B&B Matt & Derek were lovely and the breakfast was out of this world. We had off road parking on their driveway which was great, The room was lovely with a small hanging rail for clothes and a chest of draws , the room was lovely and quiet with stunning views of the Loch.
