Centre of Arrochar, very convenient. Local information available from both owners and brochures. Several Lake Trips on Loch Lomond are available. Hotel Claymore gives history of McFarlane Clan for those interested in that particular Clan.

My wife and I booked the family room (room 2) for 18 nights from the end of September to mid October and it was probably the best choice I have made in my many years of travel. We used Seabank as a "home base" staying there for 12 of our 18 nights (we spent some nights on Iona, Islay and... More

Your review was very much appreciated. We are so glad that we helped to make your stay in Scotland a pleasant one. And to return the compliment, you were both ideal guests. We know that you had a long journey home and hope that it wasn't too arduous and that if you are ever this way again, it would be... More

Great location and very comfortable. The hosts were amazingly friendly. They sent a list of dining options for the evening before my arrival so I could book if needed and even offered to come get me if there was a problem en route as I was walking there.

Walking the 3 Loch Way has become very popular and in spite of the present detours due to the building of a new forestry road it is still a great trail i would really recommend. I'm glad you enjoyed it and thank you for the very kind review. More

The room is clean and nice. Owner is very helpful to give us the tips for whatever questions we asked. With their help, we went to a nice restaurant to enjoy the good food in a walkable distance. We wanted to use cycling to explore the national park. They helped us to find a nice place to rent a bike... More

My husband and I stayed for the night on Sunday and it couldn't have been better. Wonderfully warm and comfortable room and a very delicious cooked breakfast. Sandy and David were great hosts and they sent out very helpful information prior to our visit.

The hosts were great! They had sent an email prior to arrival with directions and places to eat out at. They even made a reservation for us at Village Inn, which I highly recommend. It is a short 2-3 minute walk along the loch. We stayed one night and enjoyed the recommendations. The breakfast was great and would recommend this... More

We spent 2 nights at this lovely b & b on our recent holiday in Scotland. Our room was the family room on the ground floor with fabulous views across the Loch. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Sandy and David were excellent hosts with lots of knowledge of the local area and the breakfast was perfect. We... More

We were welcomed by our hosts, and they were really helpful, in providing choices of places to have dinner, and even booked our choice. The B&B was very comfortable, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Seabank for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Absolutely lovely guest house in the small village of Arrochar. Parking space at the side of the house, and great view of Loch Long at the front. Our room was clean and bright, with comfy bed and plenty of space for cases. Toiletries were supplied and a powerful hairdryer, and various adaptors! (Great idea) Our hosts David and Sandy were... We totally enjoyed the lovely spacious room, terrific breakfast with a view, as well as the gracious hospitality. I highly recommend staying here if you are exploring Loch Lomond and/ or the Trossachs. Dave and Sandy are lovely folks and as travelers know, hosts make the place. Too bad we had only one night! Arrochar is great too- not so... More
