Great place to stay overlooking Loch Lomond. Nice friendly welcome, good size room but snug ensuite. Nice touch with binoculars on windowsill to see more of the amazing views from our room. Room comfortable, nice and clean. Bed a little soft for our liking but bedding and decor very fresh and pleasant. Pub attached served food until 9pm, shame ran out of salad and veg, no healthy options. Service and surrounding nice but my god turn down the heat, it was like a sauna, I know it is winter but you could have sat in shorts it was that hot lol. The place is well worth a stop over, would recommend. They also have a room on the ground floor so would be suitable for disabilities,(room 1) Little store across the road food, gifts, hats, scarfs and buses near to both

We stopped here by chance as the place we had booked was a dump. This was a last minute fantastic choice for our overnight stay on our way north. We were checked in early by warm and welcoming staff, our room was cleaned to a high standard. ( well done housekeeping) Our evening meal next door was above the average pub grub standard, but at a great price. Breakfast was again enjoyable with a good choice we would most certainly stop here again.

Really lovely little place, the rooms are basic but exactly what you need. Clean, warm, comfy bed, and the most amazing view. Right on the loch side with mountains over the loch it’s just beautiful. Really easy check in, no issues, great helpful staff

Arrived one hour before check in and were greeted warmly and allowed to check in..room was ideal for our overnight stay and had all we required. The lochside view is stunning and very nice to sit outside or inside to enjoy.. The staff are non pretentious and down to earth working folk, really good feel about the place.. Food menu is basic but fair for the locality of the hotel. We ate in the bar at night and enjoyed it.. Would recommend to anyone for an overnight stay..
