Its the middle of nowhere but the food is seriously good. The menu has a wide range of food from lasagne to burgers to haggis, theres not a lot you couldn't like about the menu. The food comes relatively fast and as its in the. middle of no where theres not a lot of signal, so its pretty relaxing. Ive...

I've rated the Drovers as average. It only makes the average grade because of the inn itself. The rooms in the annexe are awful. If we had not had a meal or drink in the inn I would have reviewed it as terrible. I can understand that they may be ok if you are stopping over whilst on the West...

We arrived for lunch and ordered 2 fish and chips which were pretty tasteless to be honest. The bar was absolutely freezing and unfortunately the heating was turned off. Would possibly visit again due to the location.

We stayed for 2 nights just after New Year and overall it was an OK experience, but we wouldn't go back, unless it was just for a drink. It's a great drive to Glencoe from there, and we spent most of our stay elsewhere. The room was big and basic but very clean, with a good hot shower in the...

The Drovers Inn, Loch Lomond, 1 hour outside of Glasgow. Date visited: 30 Dec 16. The Drovers "Best Pub of the Year 1705", is an iconic Scottish pub, located just across from a seasonally spectacular waterfall, on the East Bank of, and about half way up, the largest loch in Scotland, Loch Lomond. As you approach this place, the closer...

Not bad old place but seriously only for the heavy drinking & partying crowd, Not at all suitable for children or elderly . The staff are few and far between food passable .Certainly an experience you do wonder though just how safe these environments are .Clearly never seen spot checks by Police on drink drivers if only I was into...

Just had the most fun new year. The drovers never disappoints it's truly atmospheric. It's in a great location it's a great pub and the chalet type rooms across the road are spot on. My only criticism is the breakfast it's ok but not amazing. It is in my opinion the best pub in Scotland. Defo be back.

My girlfriend and myself have just returned from the drovers after spending 3 days taking in the new year celebrations. If you're looking for somewhere lively for new year this is the place. The drovers had a three day package and had entertainment on for all the three nights keeping everyone entertained. All I can say is what a new...

Visited for lunch. Ordered jacket potatoes with cheese and onion for my husband and myself. I just felt the cheese was too mild which made the potato tasteless. Also, the onion was sprinkled on the top of the cheese. I wouldn't recommend ordering this. I would recommend trying something else on the menu if you want something tasty.

Located at the very top of Loch Lomond, The Drovers Inn is steeped in three centuries of Scottish tradition. In fact, Rob Roy himself has enjoyed hospitality at this world-reknowned hotel, bar and restaurant! Our residents vary from those who are stopping-over on their west highland way adventure, to those who are staying purely for the good food and entertainment.
