Booked the murder mystery as a present for my friends birthday and certainly was not disappointed. Lovely hotel and the room was great. Plenty tea and coffee for a one night stay and cleanliness couldn't be faulted. The meal at the murder mystery was lovely and the service great. Over all couldn't fault a thing. Staff very pleasant and helpful....

Had booked a one night B&B stay at The Buchanan Arms in Drymen but due to a water issue all guests were relocated to the Winnock Hotel. We were allocated room 23. Good size room, one double & one single bed. The bathroom is in desperate need of refurbishment & some good old fashioned cleaning in particular the grouting &...

We were based at this Hotel for a 'Turkey and Tinsel' event incorporating three coach tours of the area and four nights in the hotel. Our room was comfortable with ample furniture, plenty of lights, good en-suite with walk-in shower. Breakfast was buffet style with usual fare, the hot food nicely cooked (haggis available too!), and served by friendly staff....

Uncertain what to expect as the hotel was chosen by a third party, based on previous experience, and I can now see why. We stayed there for 3 days and from the minute we arrived (there were 40 of us) the hotel could not do enough for us, individually or collectively. We were processed very efficiently and effectively through Reception...

Stayed here for one night stop over on a Tour of Scotland. Great Hotel, lovely food, BT Sport in Bar. The only criticism I have is the layout of room 1 and location of TV. It is at right angles to the bed! I would recommend this Hotel as a starting point for a visit to Scotland.
