Recently returned from a six day break at this hotel the staff were very obliging just as in the other three lochs & glens hotels we have stayed in. Access by road is to sayat the least arduous, however our coach driver Brian had to be commended for his driving skills and courtesy to other road users. Access to the hotel...

Stopped here for lunch whilst walking the West Highland Way. Ordered macaroni as it seemed like a good energy food. It was packet macaroni served in a small ramakin with a limp tomato slice dumped on to rounded off with a small half roll of brick hard garlic bread. Tasted awful it's amazing how bad someone can make macaroni taste....

Stopped in for a drink after a bank holiday drive. The setting is beautiful however I tried to buy 2 soft drinks but they wouldn't accept my card for less than £5. Clearly no cash machines in the immediate area and no cash so no drinks. Two people arrived in the bar next to us and asked for a food...

My family went on a Lochs and Glens holiday. Lovely holiday, very helpful and pleasant staff who could not do enough for you. The hotel was set in glorious scenery overlooking Loch Lomond. There were menu choices which would suit most people and the food cooked to perfection. Our driver was very kind and helpful and went out of his...

The room we had was stunning, just been refurbished with great view and great wet room and bathroom. The food was really good although ,as a pescetarian would have loved a fishy starter option. All staff were extremely polite and helpful and ran things smoothly. The entertainment was lacking in that same person for three nights but understandable owing to inaccessability of site.Generally a...

8 of us stopped for lunch from the bar and were pleasantly surprised by the standard and value of the food. I ordered the tuna and onion sandwich and was taken aback by the size of the portions. Cakes are only £1 for lemon drizzle cake and £1.50 for a coffee. The barman from Norwich deserves an extra mention for...

Travelled here on Monday 10/4/17 taking in the sights - fantastic location. Wanted lunch, but alas, it was too busy, with what apppeared to be backpackers & cyclists which are not a problem. But we couldn't get food for at least another half hour after our arrival & the bar staff had a wedge of orders to put into the...
