We had a great two night stay with Bob and staff being friendly and helpful throughout. Food was excellent and rooms comfortable. If I were to offer any constructive criticism it would be to have wifi in room rather than residents lounge but whilst useful it was not really essential.

We wanted to book a hotel in Dunblane for three nights but it was only available for two. We decided to book Bridge of Lochay Hotel in Killin since it was on our route. It had good reviews and we had been there happily many years before. The hotel is situated at the east side of Killin with a short...

Bob and I were very saddened to read your review of your recent stay with us over Hogmany, particularly as you did not indicate at any point that you were dissatisfied with any element of your experience, it has come as a shock. Just spent one night at this hotel, and really recommend it. The helpful young lady who greeted us showed us around the hotel, and then to our room. We decided to dine in that evening, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast was of the same very high standard. Will certainly go back.

Just arrived back after a two night week-end break at this good hotel. The room we stayed in was a little bit basic and the double bed was a bit small, and in some areas the hotel could do with a lick of paint, but these to me are very minor issues. What this hotel does succeed at,is fantastic food and...
