We stayed for a 2 night dinner bed and breakfast deal that was gifted to us by a friend. When booking I dealt with Graham and was very efficient and more than helpful. Once arrived we were given a choice of 2 rooms which was a really nice touch on checking in. Room was in keeping with the style of...

Stayed for one night whilst touring the area. Luss is a charming little place and the Loch Lomomd Arms is stunning. Friendly welcome, room beautifully decorated, warm and extremely comfy big bed. Great bar with good choice of drink and a lovely fire. Had dinner in the hotel - had the Pork &Haggis Scotch Egg after reading reviews on Trip...

Called in for some lunch with my husband and 2 sons but was met with a very unfriendly and rude member of staff, for this reason we only had 1 drink and left. It was also expensive which I could have overlooked if my experience had been memorable but the unwelcoming reception we got ensured that we certainly won't be...

Stopped off for lunch on the way back from a short family holiday. When we arrived, we were the only people in the place. The girl who welcomed us was friendly. We were given the menu which was a very grand for lunchtime - not quite what we were looking for. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come and...

a day out in Luss with husband and granddaughter, had lunch here. Warm and cosy atmosphere, good food and friendly staff. Hubby had haggis neeps and tatties me and the granddaughter both had burgers ( they are huge) also had Pincer a Scottish vodka made from milk thistle which was very nice indeed, would definitely go again.

My partner and I stayed in the Riversedge Suite and didn't want to leave. The website really doesn't do it justice, though upon feeding this back on checkout, we were informed that the hotel are currently working on it. The suite was immaculate, romantic, secluded and private and we made use of the lovely open fire. We ate dinner and...

We stayed here for 2 nights in February. The staff were welcoming and friendly during our entire stay and helped us with our questions on the local area. The weather was mostly grey and wet, so going back to the hotel was nice and cosy. It's also a very short walk from the Loch.
