Cannot thank you enough for such a special weekend break. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 1 night on January 2nd, the hotel is so sweet and very clean and the atmosphere/decor/staff was beautiful! The rooms were named not numbered which I thought was a lovely touch. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the portions were very...

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group. It was a bit of a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, the staff were generally friendly & attentive, and no complaints about the food (although other members of the group might disagree). The hotel is also well situated at the start of the High Street. However,...

We have just returned home after spending 4 days at this glorious hotel. The staff deserve a special mention, nothing is too much trouble, they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, plenty choice and first class ingredients. Likewise Dinner, which is served in the atmospheric candlelit dining room. Rooms are comfortable...

Luss is a tiny village in Loch Lomond with a very unique setting and cute houses. The Loch Lomond Arms sits by the main road which is common for this type of "pub" hotel. But compared to previous experiences, it is one of the best ones I ever stayed in. For a great value, the room was immaculate, big and...

There are so many older and historical buildings turned into hotels in Scotland - many of which sell themselves only by the facade or the looks on the outside and disappoint on the inside. This property is quite the opposite. It´s not much to look at on the outside but come in and enjoy a lovely homely feel. The bar...

A lovely hotel well run and of a good standard. Someone bothers here! There is attention to detail there is care and apart from an invasion of a coach load of non e residential oriental tourists trying to use the toilets ( poor staff and management) this was an excellent experience

We arrived late after a long flight and a GPS which took us the longest route from Glasgow Airport - the next day we discovered it really is only 35 minutes from Glasgow Airport, if you know what you're doing on the complicated Glasgow motorway system. We were warmly welcomed and directed to a very comfortable room. Even though the...

This was my second time at Loch Lomond Arms. Stayed in the very special Colquhoun Suite which overlooks the Main Street of Luss with a clear view of the pier on Loch Lomond. The ensuite fireplace just added to the magic the place. Beyond brick and mortar there is the hotel's staff ... competent, friendly and as sweet as you...

We love this area of Loch Lomond, find the staff here friendly and the food worth the visit. The restaurant at this hotel is one of our favourites. Our only disappointment recently was at a function within the hotel - the catering staff looked so desperately miserable, no smile, no conversation, not even eye contact. We were enjoying a party...

Spent two nights here and will definitely return. Great deal on a two night stay in the beautiful Lomond room with a four poster bed. Enormous bathroom with double bath, twin vanity sinks and great shower. Walk in wardrobe. Coal effect gas fire. We had a bed and breakfast deal but ate dinner in the hotel at night and weren't...
