The breakfast was a bag left outside your room. The latest you could have this was 8am accompanied by a loud knock. No soundproofing between an adjoining room. Ensuite was a wardrobe that had been converted to shower room, tiny but clean. Mattress was extremely hard which we actually found comfortable. The whole room and bedding smelt like it had been sprayed with air freshner. I have never stayed anywhere where the bedding smelt so strongly of a cleaning substance- it was overpowering. The chap was abrupt and not welcoming. Very dated and poor value for money. I would not recommend or go again. It feels like it is on it's last legs as a business.

We stayed in the Cottage Accommodation with our 2 grandchildren the place was very clean, and the continental breakfast which was delivered to the accommodation each morning of our 3 night stay by the owner Cliff was ample to start the day of with a wide variety of items. The Cottage is roomy and has everything you need . I cannot praise Cliff enough for the way he runs this establishment he is polite, helpful and very friendly. we will certainly be back and highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast

Cosy & comfortable, the bedroom room was just right, the en suite shower room may have felt a bit small for some guests but I did not find this a problem. Chris cooked us a good breakfast, then stopped for a chat. Very hospitable. Overall a great place to stay.

Although a little old in style, this was a nice place to rest up. The hosts were friendly and breakfast was lovely. They even provided a drying room to dry all our wet coats and boots!! The beds were a little hard but everything else was nice - we had our own private bathroom across the hall at the cost of a little less room space. All in all very good!

Small B&B in Tydrum. Mostly these are just small rooms, barely big enough for 2 hikers and their gear - but dont let that stop you from visiting. The service is excellent, and the breakfast fantastic . Also close proximity to the rail stations (there are 2 in Tyndrum... make sure you get the right one!) if you are looking for a nice little rest stop on the trail, this is it
