Great location within level walking distance of everything Port Patrick has to offer. Lovely clean spacious rooms and a great breakfast to start the day. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Keith for a great stay.

The Muirhead Guest House is run by Keith and comes highly recommended, as it is just a few short steps from the harbour, the wonderful Waterfront Restaurant and is also very close to the other hotels, pubs and shops in this lovely little spot. We stayed in the double room on the upper floor with bay window and fantastic views....

This is a real find! Great location, immaculately clean with comfortable beds and a excellent en suite. This is a home from home with your own doorkey and Keith cooks an excellent breakfast. If you want a base for an active out and about stay in the Portpatrick area your are in luck. Situated a stonesthrow from the harbour, there...

My wife and I stayed at the Muirhead Guest House for two nights. Our bedroom was excellent with plenty of room. Breakfast was great. Muirhead also overlooks the putting green so is lovely and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a busy week in Portpatrick, and the main places in town fully booked, but that's just as well as we got to enjoy this gem of a place instead. We chose the bay window room which is a large attractive room with a huge en-suite and pleasant views over some pretty walled private gardens across the road, putting...

We stayed just one night in double room at back of house but we did view twin room and also the double overlooking putting green All rooms are thoroughly spotless, and tastefully decorated. Selection of Cereals & cooked breakfast dine specifically to your order & plenty of toast/tea was supplied. This is a little gem of a b & b.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay in Keith's room with a view over the pitch and putt to the sea and as far as Ireland on the horizon! The room was bright, light and spotlessly clean. The freshly cooked breakfast was far superior to the "spa" hotel we stayed at this weekend and overall was much better value for money!

I think its all been said really in previous reviews. We were at the Muirhead for 6 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was spacious, spotless and overlooked the putting green and views of the sea. The bed was very comfortable and I had the best nights sleep ever. The only thing lacking was an alarm clock,...

Stayed for 2 nights, location was great - yards from the harbour, the room was excellent - light and airy with plenty of space and included a couple of chairs, breakfast was good, we thoroughly recommend Muirhead.
