Lovely cottage only yards away from the beach. Perfectly located for pubs restaurants and walks. Been recently renovated with open fire or CH. Very cosy whether winter or summer. Bedrooms very comfortable and kitchen big enough for 8 round the table. Back garden is a bit of a steep climb but we'll worth it for the unique views of the...

We stayed at The Potters rest recently and just loved it , everything in the house is new. Warm and inviting especially having the coal fire in the sitting room. Brought back very happy memories. The house is tastefully decorated, and has everything one needs , even a dishwasher. Portpatrick is a lovely village with plenty of eating places to...

Had a great holiday in this cottage, as it is everything that you would hope for in a cottage. It is clean spacious, and has a variety of useful facilities. The garden also has a superb vibe, with stunning views. Would highly recommend a visit to anyone

This little cottage does have some good points. It is immaculately clean, has comfortable beds but and is well equipped in the kitchen. However there are so many bad points. Firstly the parking. You will be lucky to get a space close --by so dropping of and packing up your luggage could be a problem. The oil fired boiler situated...

Needing accommodation for a local wedding, this cottage ticked all the boxes - spacious, clean and very well equipped and just a hop and skip from the church. The added bonus was the bottle of wine and chocs - so thoughtful and much appreciated. If only the weather had been kinder to us , this would have been a perfect...

We recently have returned from this lovely cottage. Its is perfect , in the centre of the village and has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard. It does however retain its original character. The garden has a superb decking area with stunning views over the village.

I booked the Potters Rest online as the cottage I had hoped to stay in was booked out for the dates I wanted. I am so pleased I stayed there and will be returning in May this year. The cottage is well located 5 minutes walk for the restaurants, bars shops and harbour. The cottage is spacious with 4 bedrooms...

We booked a weekend at The Potters Rest in Portpatrick and were slightly unsure what to expect. On our arrival we were very pleasantly suprised. The cottage has been finished to a very high standard but still has kept all of its charm. The village has a number of beautiful pubs and very good restaurants and a weekend was not...
