My wife and I have just spent a weekend in the Stevenson Suite which is part of this amazing place. The staff were extremely helpful and very professional. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The views from our suite were amazing. The suite was very modern and comfortable. I think the hotel should update the pictures of the Stevenson...

Booked a 1 night stay at Corsewall for our anniversary on a DBB basis. The dinner was a 5 course gourmet experience and seemed to suit the occasion perfectly. My advance requests for flowers and champagne in the room on arrival were timed to perfection and set the tone for our stay. The gourmet dinner was a truly memorable experience...

If you come with the expectations of a 'City type' luxurious Hotel then you are going to be sorely mistaken; and have obviously not taken the time to read up on the Hotel. It is luxury of a different kind. The Hotel has been built into what was the original home of the Lighthouse Watchkeeper so space is at a...

We travelled along a bumpy narrow road in search of lunch to this hotel. It had a sign saying visitors welcome but we were surprised to find the receptionist was quite abrupt and we were asked to wait in a small room and only offered sandwiches and tea and coffee as there was no room in the hotel this did...

Stayed at this lovely hotel whilst touring Scotland- arrived on a very blustery day, once inside very cosy and remarkably quiet . Room was a little small and very close to the hotel lounge - thankfully not many people using the lounge so noise wasn't an issue . Dinner and breakfast were very good , and the two ladies serving...

We celebrated our 20yrs anniversary. The food was amazing and the staff really friendly. Beautiful setting. Our room was ok but was not as big or luxurious as we thought it would be. Bathroom was also a bit small but everything was clean. We would definitely go back for the evening meal and breakfast. But don't really feel the room...

We stayed for three nights DB & B in the lighthouse suite. All our expectations were met based on previous reviews. The staff were attentive and could not be faulted. The food was first rate and consistently good. The accommodation is in a spectacular setting and makes the stay unique to say the least. As previous comments have noted the...

We stayed here back in May 2016 what a amazing place to stay ... the staff are all warm and welcoming ... the 5 course dinner is 5 Star in every department ... after a restful night sleep we head for our breakfast which hit the spot as we had a long drive to the Isle of Skye ... thank...

Quirky it is, but the staff and food are superb, the setting is amazing, and the sunsets are unbeatable. Its the sort of place where it's ok to turn your phone off and just enjoy the scenery! Try it before some multinational hotel group snaps up all the independents.
