Although this hotel is close to the main road through the village, it is a quiet location as there is now a bypass for through and heavy traffic. We had a comfortable, sizeable room on the second floor with a sideways view of the bay giving a glimpse of Eigg. There was plenty of choice for the cooked breakfasts and a...

We stopped by the hotel to ask if there was any chance of a bacon roll and cup of coffee whilst we waited for the marine cruise. The delightful receptionist ushered us into the lounge and soon returned with our 'brunch'! The tasty bacon rolls and pot of hot coffee set us up for the day - kept us going...

Enjoyed the area but the hotel needs an upgrade, food was OK but came out too quick which suggests that it wasn't freshly cooked, the website says that every room has a sea view but ours did not have one which was a real disappointment

Really excellent evening meal in the Arisaig Hotel. All four of us had different starters and main courses and each was a generous quantity, quite delicious and served most attractively. The choice is extensive with a good range of both seafood and meat dishes to suit all tastes. For those who prefer the vegetarian option, there are sufficient to choose...

Stopped here to have lunch. Beautiful fresh shell-on prawns and my husband had fresh mussels. All washed down with a good beer. Lovely friendly bar staff too. Prices very reasonable. You can sit outside on a good day as it's a real sun trap. Beautiful views over the sea.

Drove up from Glasgow and eventually settled here for dinner. It was a pleasant April afternoon, so we sat outside on the decking. on enquiring about food at 5:20, were informed that meals were served after 5;30. Sure enough a waitress came to take our order at 5:30. Unfortunately we ordered starters as well as mains, as we incorrectly thought...

We stayed here as a group of 8 for the weekend. All rooms very comfortable and clean, beds also comfy. The food was terrific, especially the fish dishes and very reasonably priced. Great fish and chips with the freshest of haddock and wonderful langoustines. Staff were friendly. Bar was lively with music both nights and we loved the very comfortable...

Had dinner here with our three children. Lovely menu - seafood choices particularly good (as expected being so close to Mallaig). Kids menu choices very good as well and their portions were substantial (they really enjoyed their ice cream sundaes). Fantastic inside playroom with a TV which the kids enjoyed. Waitress was lovely and wee bonus with a discount for...

We booked a stay very last minute at the Arisaig Hotel in early April as part of our honeymoon. The welcome on arrival was excellent and set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel's location is stunning and our room had a view over towards Eigg and Rum. We ate in the hotel's bar on our first night; the...
