I have been here since July 10 and the hotel has been great in-terms of service and Cleanliness. My favorite part is the pool and for an outdoor pool it is very clean and inviting.
The front desk staff are awesome; Ms. Alicia on our...More

My first impression is that the entrance is dangerous. Sitting between two busy roads. The place is worn out. Lobby is shabby. Colors are dull and boring. People spending the night in the parking lot. Rims and tires stolen off a car in the front...More

First class hotel. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced from any hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were well kept and clean. The décor could use a little face lift. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.More

Friendly staff but the hotel wasn’t the cleanest but did the trick . Bed was comfortable enough though roadway outside could be a bit noisy at times. If the price fits your budget, it would be fine but probably wouldn’t choose to go here again.More

Whether the breakfast is complimentary depends on what kind of reservation you have. There is a quite nice restaurant literally across the courtyard from the hotel. Besides one of Memphis best restaurants (Erling's, among the top 100 in the US) is located within 1-2 miles from the hotel. The hotel is not 5 star, but neither is the price, so in my opinion, it is well worth staying there.

We are located in East Memphis, which is about as far east in the city as you can go without leaving it. Beale St., as well as the National Civil Rights Museum, Tom Lee Park, and the Mississippi River, located in downtown, which is the western-most edge of the city. It takes about 25 minutes by car to get from one to the other. Our appointment based shuttle service can get you to the establishments in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Because our shuttle also services airport appointments, it may not be available on demand. A cab ride to downtown typically runs $35-$40. When guests' stays are planned for more than one day and will include trips to various areas of the city, we do recommend checking whether the cost of renting a car fits within their travel budget.
