We booked our trip her for a weekend. Reasonably price. When we checked in they informed us that the elevator does not work. Oh and your on the 8th floor. Which the rooms of this hotel is 7 , 8 and 9. On top of parking deck. They offered us a shuttle service but it never came promptly so we...

My friend and I stayed here because it was cheap and close to the fedex forum. Location and price is the only positive to this stay. The room was clean. The elevators weren't working, which would have been nice to have known when booming as my friend has a physical disability and walking up flights of stairs was excruciating for...

My room was on the 9th floor. Only 1 elevator working on a busy holiday weekend. A friend stayed here before and said the room was fine, I guess I didn't get one of those.Location was great but everything else was poor. I did not feel comfortable without my little friend.

This is an older hotel, and as long as you know this when booking, you'll be fine. We read many reviews first (old elevator, etc.), so we knew what to expect. It has seen better days, but the room we had (902) was a good size, had a fridge and microwave, the bed was super comfortable, parking (extra $10) was...

Probably survives on its location , which is within walking distance to Beale St. The place could sure use a sprucing up. The covered on site parking ( $ 10 ) was very convenient. The room was okay for one night. Can't comment on breakfast as we missed it, it was only on from 6-9am. Not many affordable choices downtown...

Ok...so I read the reviews and thought for one night It can't be bad. I weighted my decision on the value, Time spent and vicinity to Beale Street. Here are the pros. Beds- comfortable and soft. Excellent night sleep. Shower- amazing and felt wonderful on our road weary bodies. Check-in was easy although the front desk personnel wasn't overly friendly....

The hotel was very well priced. It needs updating but was clean. The breakfast was free but not great quality but for the price we shouldn't complain. Quiet area and very close to the FedEx forum, which was the reason we stayed.

This is not a bad hotel, it's just not a great one - a bit rough around the edges! The value is unbeatable - the location is excellent to downtown restaurants (try Bangkok Alley for good Thai food and sushi and Cafe Keough for good coffee) and attractions (Mud Island and the pyramid) and a 7 minute walk to Beale...

The cheapest place to stay in the centre of town, just a few blocks from Beale Street. Front desk is situated in the ground floor level of a multi storey car park and the rooms are above the car park, I think starting from level 8 or 9. Unfortunately when we checked-in the lifts were being repaired, you guessed it,...

Stayed here for two nights. It didn't feel like anywhere in Memphis wouldn't feel slightly off, so it didn't matter too much. Not too far a walk from Beale St and the room quality was great! The decor was a little outdated and the pool was chilly, but the cleanliness was above expected and the beds were big and comfy!...
