We go to Memphis a couple of times a year so I am surprised I have missed this on my past searches for hotels.Always staying within walking distance of Beale St, I have spent more than I have wanted to in past visits and not staying in the room but to sleep and shower so when I saw the price...

This is by far the cheapest place to stay in downtown Memphis. For the price you pay you can't expect a 5 star resort. The room was outdated but clean. I never heard a sound through the walls, I slept like a baby! It's four blocks from Beale St. and a safe walk. I never had an issue here and...

This is a must visit hotel again in Memphis its staff and location to the city's attraction are with in walking distance. Definetly pleased with the rooms and the cleanliness it is the best econo lodge I have ever been to. The staff from the Front Desk (Tonya) and to the house keeper whom attended to my needs and wants...

I spent many hours on the computer looking for a room in Memphis that was close to Beale St. and was not charging an arm and a leg. This property popped up and was very reasonable and the location was perfect. I read many of the reviews, some good and some bad, but booked anyway. Upon arrival we were very...

You definitely get what you pay for... you have to pay additional 10.00 for parking ugh. Not up to date, a/c don't blow and keep rooms cool enough for my liking. We were on the 10 floor which was OK, but when they first gave us our keys to the room they put us in someone's room that was already...

Hotel definitely needs an update. One of the lifts wasn't working. Carpet on floor in bathroom... Say no more. Couple of blocks back from Beale St. Ended up having breakfast out of the hotel because it wasn't the best. Always a security guard around so not sure if there would have been reason for that.

We arrived the week of July 12 and found this hotel to be so centrally located in the downtown Memphis area. It's only 15 minutes from the airport and a 10 minute walk to Beale Street. Walgreens and Mud River Park is less than a 15 minute walk. The front desk staff was very accommodating. We asked Takeira about Graceland and...

Was a bit sceptical after reading other reviews but found this hotel to be nice if a bit outdated.Would benefit from a makeover.Smoking Room was unusual as usually my wife has to go outside for a cigarette but not here. The hotel is near to Autozone Park and only a ten minute walk to Beale Street. As others have said, the area is...

This hotel offered basic amenities – room w/frig, wifi and continental breakfast for a reasonable price, but the one OUTSTANDING feature is its location to Beale Street/Mud River Park. In fact, when we checked in walk up customers were being turned away because the hotel was fully booked. Anywhere downtown requires public parking, the parking fees involved and driving around...
