Recently stayed at this hotel on a family trip. The check in and check out staff were very friendly. The elevator was outdated and did not seem safe and was very, very slow. We tried to take the stairs but they were disgustingly dirty and there were floors where the lighting was not working, which also made them unsafe and...

It's a cheap hotel on the top floors of a parking building. The elevator has a life of its own, no indication were you are heading. The pool is on the 8th floor and we had a room right next to the terras area which apparently people can use until after midnight. So we got all the drunken small talk...

OK, this is an economy hotel. The elevator takes forever to lift you up to your room. But said room is quite decent, and location is fantastic! You can walk to all the interesting (like Gus) and uninteresting (like the Peabody) places.

Like many have said, the elevator service is time-consuming. In the parking deck at the highest point, there is discarded carpet and something else I couldn't make out before deciding not to park there and turned around. There are also vehicles that look as though they are permanently parked there ... a boat, and a sedan that actually had cobwebs...

This stay was for a night stay due to picking up family member for late arrival during holiday weekend. We were excited to have stay near downtown although we read cycle of reviews, which were mixed. Once navigating the low ceiling of parking garage after check-in (which was smooth), we encountered a extremely slow elevator. We considered walking up steps...

Rates were reasonable. Did not realize that Memphis would be so busy. We are Hilton honor members and the doubletree was booked solid so they put us here. Room is decent and the staff are friendly. Parking cost 10$ and I cannot help being worried about my car, but that is just me. Maybe it's just Memphis? We will see...

Stayed here after travelling from Dallas, easy to find and check in. Parking is $10 a day but you can come and go as you please, we barely used the car as the location is so close to everything we needed. Lift was not working when we arrived which was a little painful, as we had to haul our bags...

This hotel is close to the main attractions in downtown such as beale street and the museums. You can walk to beale street in 10 mins max. Close to some great restaurants in downtown and a 15 minute walk to the river. The hotel is quite old fashioned but the room was spacious. The lifts were a pain. One was...

Too many issues with this hotel, would not stay here again. We chose this hotel because of it's location to Beale Street, but it didn't matter anyway, because we ended up driving our car there instead of walking. We were not going to walk from Beale Street to this hotel (which is about 8 blocks away) simply because of the...
