The service was pretty good. The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was huge! There was a makeup counter, double vanity, extra large shower and a separate tub. The only thing that was a little different was there was a treadmill mill in the room. Make sure you don't mess with the snacks or bar items because you will...

Stayed at the Westin for the St. Judge Marathon weekend. The Westin is one block off Beale (very convenient but not noisy), next door to the Fed Ex Arena, and very close to the Civil Rights Museum and other notable attractions.

What an outstanding property! In Memphis with a business associate for a series of meetings the following day. I had never been on Beale street prior to this occasion. WOW! The experience starts at the Westin where, as you're checking in, you notice that you can have various types of Gibson guitars brought to your room so that you can...

A modern hotel brilliantly situated close to Beale Street and other Memphis attractions. Big comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and helpful staff. Only let down by the indifferent breakfast Would stay again.

Had to cancel day of our arrival due to illness and needing surgery. Was informed that I had non refundable room. I called everyday for 2 weeks no one would return my calls or email. Very unhappy to think that I could not speak to anyone about the situation.

Most convenient hotel for Beale Street. Friendly staff. Nice clean room with large glass enclosed shower with rainfall showerhead (spouse liked; I didn't). Convenient ice machine. Hotel was very quiet.

Stayed two nights and found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. Room was a good size and very clean, especially like the large bathroom. One of the nights of my stay was on Thanksgiving evening so Beale Street was essentially closed so I stayed in at the hotel which led to two disappointments. First was the fact that...

Not only is staying at the Westin a wonderful experience, but it is also the most convenient location to FedEx Forum and Beale Street. Even locals will book here for a night on the town. Lobby has a luxurious feel that lets you know you are not staying at an average hotel.

The staff at this hotel is among the nicest I've experienced (and I travel a lot). From the efficient check-in to the room service delivery - the staff was friendly and funny and really seem to enjoy working at this hotel. And the location cannot be beat - across from the FedEx Forum and around the corner from Beale Street,...
