It felt a little strange to go to an inn without a lobby, but with the service you receive from the managers and staff, it is easy to forget about that. The space we rented was clean and we had milk, juice, coffee and tea to get us started. It was terrific to be in a location where everything was... More

We recently returned home from a 2 week music and civil rights, trip beginning in Memphis and ending in New Orleans. My husband found this amazing, funky guest house on line, and based on other reviews we decided this was the place for us. We stayed in an apartment style suite with a grand piano, separate living room, kitchen and... More

The apartment consists of a living room and bedroom as well as a small kitchenette. Refrigerator is stocked with milk, orange juice and water and cookies, snacks and cold cereal are in the room. The rooms are upstairs and there is not an elevator but help is available. Furnishings are homey, bathroom with a tub/shower is good. Some rooms are... More

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was amazing - so close to Beale Street and within walking distance of many attractions. We had a rental car, so the nearby parking at such a reasonable rate was great. The suite itself was so comfortable, very spacious, beautifully appointed, and well-maintained. The bathroom was gorgeous with super soft towels. The snacks... More

We recently stayed in apartment #4. Apartments are very spacious and older in style but very clean and well maintained. The bed was a little hard for my liking but that's just a personal preference. Housekeeping was great and we appreciated the cereal, bars, juice etc everyday. Location is great right opposite the Peabody Hotel and close to Beale Street.... More

A very nice place with a crazy designer's flair. Comfy, cozy fun. They go the extra step with plush towels, munchies, cereal and a porch for smokers. In and out privileges on parking. Across from the Peabody and a few blocks from Beale. $155 plus taxes for 2 nights became $400.

I had high hopes and they were exceeded. A small boutique hotel right in the middle of everything. Directly across from the Peabody. All rooms are in the second floor and I believe are former apartments--mine had a bedroom, bath, full kitchen and a living room with couch, two chairs and a huge desk. Comes with milk, OJ, instant oatmeal,... More

What a hidden gem right in the centre Memphis, opposite the Peabody at a fraction of the price but beautifully done with great furnishings in a spotless large apartment. Only 10 minutes from Beale street right in the middle of things. Tom and Sandy are great and it was so interesting talking to Tom and getting his tips on where... More

Downtown Memphis location. We stayed two days and never moved our car. The rooms, on the second floor of a commercial building, are large and very well appointed. Our room had a full kitchen, sitting area and bath. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Tom and Sandy, our hosts, were attentive and helpful. A very good stay.

Our 3rd visit and it definitely wont be our last. Tom and Sandy are very welcoming and help with any questions you may have about Memphis. Rooms are very spacious with kitchen area and comfortable beds. The hotel is in a great location just 3-4 min walk to Beale St but also next door to the amazing flying fish restaurant!... More
