This was our second stay and I doubt it will be our last. Great welcome, well stocked kitchen, lovely apartment just minutes from Beale St. Easy safe car parking. Tom and Sandy work very hard to make this a special place.

Stayed with Tom and Sandy for 3 nights as part of a trip around Tennessee. We absolutely loved staying here with a safe and easy stroll to Beale St (5 mins walk) and great restaurants within 2-3 mins walk. (Flying Fish, Kooky Kanucks and Rendezvous, amongst others) The suites are immaculate with loads of space and all the amenities you...

This unique and super friendly guesthouse is the most original place I have stayed anywhere. The rooms are beautiful and reflect the personalities of the lovely people who run the place. It is really clean with coffee, breakfast food and snacks replenished every day. It's perfectly located for all Downtown tourist attractions. It's also great value. I can't recommend it...

This hotel was amazing!!! The service and advice that we received upon arrival was incredible- we went to all of the suggested places and it made our trip! The hotel was just off Beale street, a great value, and a wonderful experience. We would give it 10* if we could!!

Cannot praise these accommodations high enough. We had a wonderful week in room no. 2 which had a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area and sitting room (with baby grand piano). Tom and Sandy are so friendly and ready to go that extra mile to make your stay a memorable experience. Perfect location to walk to most attractions, or take the...

I got this recommendation from a guide book and checked it out via trip advisor. It didn't disappoint. The rooms are quirky, charming and spacious. We stayed in room no. 6 which had a separate bedroom, bathroom and a living and kitchen area. Every morning fresh orange juice, cereal, milk, biscuits and water was replenished. The location is ideal, a few...

We were on a road trip and wanted to stay in downtown Memphis for a couple of nights. Found Talbot Heirs on TripAdvisor and so glad we did. Perfectly situated for Beale Street. Rooms are all kind of sixties/seventies period with unusual decoration, but very pleasant. Room we had was very large and had a kitchen, shower, outside rooftop area...

I was thrilled to find a quaint B&B in downtown Memphis. This place truly lived up to the reviews. Our room had a baby grand piano in it, the room was clean and comfortable with a living room, bedroom and full kitchen. I will continue to stay at the Talbot Heirs whenever I'm in Memphis!
