We booked for a late Sunday lunch, when we arrived it was very busy but our table was ready on time. Food was amazing and really good value and the staff are attentive and on the ball. Well done to The Towers Hotel, I’ll definitely be taking my family again.

Always a great stay in this very friendly and well positioned hotel. Staff are welcoming, service is very good and the rooms are all very spacious and well appointed. Ideally located near the M4 on the outskirts of Swansea. I always look forward to my next stay. Thank you

Would never in my lifetime visit again or recommend anyone to visit. Found restaurant staff to be great and friendly. Bar staff slow and seemed like they really didn't want to be there and everyone's business was an inconvenience. The majority of reception staff we saw were miserable and unfriendly as well as unhelpful.. minimal privacy as a couple. Manager extremely confrontational when discussing our complaints, she did not want to listen to our opinions.

On the plus side, the pool was a useful size and warm enough. Food was okay and the restaurant staff pleasant. Unfortunately, for us, the stay proved disappointing. 1) When we left, we forgot a relatively expensive swimsuit left hanging in the shower. On calling reception about its return, over a couple of days, the only response we could get was that nothing had been handed in and they considered the matter closed. On asking to speak to the manager, no manager could be located, and promised call-backs never occured. On emailing to ask how a forgotten item could magically disappear from a locked room that only they had the keys to, the only response was a restatement that nothing had been handed in and the matter was closed. Moral - do not forget anything when you leave and expect the hotel to care. 2) To get to breakfast/restaurant you had to walk the length of the building outside in the pouring rain as the normal door had been made the exit (for covid?), however, you had to work this out for yourself as no one mentioned it and there were no signs.

The most awful stay !! Chewy fatty steak , food dripping in fat oil and overpriced drinks plus he tried to give me a cheap bottle of tia Maria for same price as a original bottle the bed was broken dipped on one side there were flys on window then we went for our treatments a head massage turned into me having my hair matted a headache and sore scalp she was practically washing my hair not relaxing me Awful stay. I will say that the pool was the only thing that was nice there quiet , relaxing and clean. I will never step foot here again was horrendous from start to finish. I would spend your money else where
