Stayed at the West Point Hotel for 2 nights to attend a family celebration. Lovely old place which was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. Our room was huge, with good facilities. Breakfast was nice, and the lively manager/owner couldn't have been mire friendly or obliging. Located in a nice quiet street, but near enough to walk yo local amenities....

the location is good, not so close to town/seafront that it is noisy but close enough to leave the car behind and walk to both. Jan the owner was lovely, very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome ! The room was nice, what I expected, very clean and was ample for what we needed. Sadly due to being...

My partner and I stayed here from Monday the 11th of July until today , Friday the 15th. The hosts, Jan and Mick were really welcoming and helpful to us, My partner has mobility issues so the only drawback was the stairs, ( My fault, I should have made arrangements to be on a lower floor!) The breakfasts were very...

My husband and I were visiting for one night and we found our visit exceeded our expectations! Check in hours are from 5-10 pm and my husband and I barely made it by 10. The thing man running the desk was so very patient and kind when we got there. The next morning we went down for the breakfast and...

We were in North Wales for a few days looking to move to the area. On our second night we hadn't booked anywhere and came across the West Point. Jan was so welcoming and showed us to our room on the first floor, room 7. Huge room overlooking the park at the front of the house. Everything was spotless. She...

The hotel is very comfy and clean. The room we stayed in was a good size and we had a view of the park opposite. It was quiet in the hotel too, which was good as it was at full capacity and we didn't hear a peep out of the other guests. There was plenty of storage space in our...

Great hotel run by great people, who are dog lovers. Very clean and breakfast is excellent, and our dog enjoyed her complimentary sausage each morning. Couldn't find a dog friendly restaurant close by, but hotel owner was happy for us to bring a takeaway back to the hotel, thank you! Colwyn Bay is lovely great park, beach and esplanade. Conwy...

Third time we've stayed here. A typical family run b & b hotel. Nothing spectacular but the friendliness, good price, clean & comfortable surroundings and good breakfast is enough for us to say "a really good place to stay"!

There are lots of things to like here: Prices: single b&b £45 - and what they advertise is what you pay. (Compare to larger budget chains.) Service: friendly, responsive, but staff are happy to leave you to your own devices. Cleanliness: this is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Ever. Breakfast: freshly cooked for each guest (and for those...

I had a really great stay at the West Point Hotel. It was really easy to find and good parking facilities. A warm and friendly atmosphere. The place overall was very clean and tidy.
