My first time here at presthaven beach resort and we stayed in a dog friendly deluxe caravan mon-fri. Number 21 Lan-y-mor. Check in was easy and Caravan exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean.. Spotless. Very cosy and very spacious. Heating made it lovely and cosy but we could have possibly managed without as it was lovely and snug. My bed was so comfy and I am usually a bad sleeper who rarely gets any sleep when away. This bed was a game changer! Shower also good and plenty of room. Loved the fact there was an en suite toilet next to my room too. Dogs absolutely loved it and soon made themselves right at home. Location of caravan excellent....... Far enough at the back of the park to be away from all the noise and people going to main attraction complex which we didn't bother with. Although due to it being during the week and out of season I doubt its that noisy anyway. We used the caravan as a base for exploring Wales. Location of caravan was close to beach access which we loved... 2 minutes walk and we were on the beach. Lovely stroll to Talacre and the beautiful lighthouse. So many gorgeous beaches to drive out to and explore also. My mum and I will certainly be back again and again and again.... I didn't want to come home. Thank you for such a fab week away. I literally have nothing I can fault about the resort or caravan.

We stayed for the first time at this site for a 4 night mid week break and can honestly say it was wonderful. The caravan (which was ridiculously cheap) was spotless where it was situated on ffrith was near the amenities yet very quiet. Every member of staff we met was courteous and polite. The food in the mash and barrel was reasonable and tasted good. We had no issues booking swimming and used the venues facilities every evening. After rading the negative reviews before we went I was worried but I cannot fault the site. The entertainment team really made two grown ups giggle and worked very hard. Thankyou for a lovley break and we hope to return soon

At 3am a man with a key opened my caravan door, I woke up and demanded to know why he was in my caravan at 3am . Apparently he was given the wrong key , he actually entered my caravan to steal my car keys to steal my car . He dropped my car keys as he left to a waiting car !!! Security were called as they drove to the main entrance to get out of the park, funnily enough security saw noone and heard nothing ..... They never even checked we were ok after the horrific event ... Apparently there are no CCTV cameras!!! So people beware of this you could be murdered in your caravan and noone will see or hear anything. Security need a good shake up ... we entered and left the site several times , never checked in or out .... amazed at how crap security were . Jade the manager of the site was fantastic in reassuring us but didnt seem to concerned that someone had our key to the caravan ..... An inside job I ask myself !!!!!! Will never return as feel violated and unsafe ....
