So glad we found this hotel. Its right on the beach with the most amazing views of the beach. You will not regret your stay here. The rooms are lovely, dining area immaculate and the terrace is directly upon the beach so you can taste the fresh sea air while you enjoy a delicious drink from the bar. Staff are very courteous and the rooms lovely and clean. The spa area is beautiful. We spent several hours chilling before a beautiful stroll along the beach. *The pictures I took speak for themselves*. Checked out today and immediately booked another three nights for June! Cannot believe this Hotel is listed as Three Stars. Well deserving of FOUR STARS in my opinion.

After working although the pandemic as a key worker my husband needed a weekend away so we chose this weekend away, not because bank holiday but because my birthday and our wedding anniversary. We booked through booking.com and were looking forward to what looked like a fabulous room with seating area and lovely looking bathroom. We arrived on the Saturday to very efficient COVID precautions and were checked in by a lovely receptionist. We were given room 318 and we were excited to see what awaited...sadly we were not greeted by one of the amazing looking rooms but a very dated and small double and a very basic shower room (had been planning a leisurely bath). The sea view was there but through a velux window which we couldn’t have anything other then shut or wide open and strangely the TV was corner ways on a bracket right by the window. The seating area we were going to sit and relax was in fact a single tub chair and the Tea/Coffee maker is a kettle. When we returned from our dinner date we decided as room so cramped we would have a drink in the bar, we did have the most amazing view of a glorious sunset. We weren’t sure we were in the right bar at first so I asked one of the 3 “gents” behind the bar and was barked at that it was table service only. A 4th gent (young with ponytail) was lovely and came to take order, I asked if there was cocktail menu (thought a hotel would have one) but was told no cocktails so ordered Tia Maria and Diet Coke but no Tia Maria as had ran out so I settled for a Baileys (no drinks menu). The night was fairly noisy at times. This morning the staff, system and breakfast were fantastic. When checking out I was asked about stay and told of our disappointment. The lady was lovely but said you can only book the suite we thought we were booking direct so I explained how Booking.com were showing the pictures of the suite as being the double sea view! We paid £130 for what was at best an £75-85 stay. Won’t be returning.

Great wedding venue my wife and I spent a lovely weekend here with a really nice room and very pleasant staff. There is ample parking available and the hotel is overlooking one of the nicest beaches in North Wales

Had a family room overnight from a Saturday to Sunday . The room was good apart from the shower . Needed an intensive clean around the doors area as black mould . Doors where missing a runner on shower so difficult to close. No hot water the next morning as s boiler broke. Very very noisy hotel if you have kids with a bedtime before midnight, be warned there won’t be much sleep had. For £165 for 1 night it was not as good as a premier inn. Good position yes. Pool yes , nice view yes. That’s where it ends 😳

On a day outing to the Prestatyn area we call here for lunch. Although we had nearly a half hour wait for the food to be served, it was well worth the wait. As the hotel is right by the sea it is ideally situated for a brisk walk after your meal. We will certainly come here again

Julie was exceptional she helped us with sorting out our problem, of booking the wrong night. Upgraded us and made us feel so welcoming and that nothing was to much trouble. The room overlooked the sea and was very clean and comfortable

We travelled from Chester to Prestatyn just for the day and decided to have lunch at the Beach House Hotel restaurant. This is why we cannot rate the hotel, which may be very nice. The problem is the restaurant. The waitresses have NO IDEA about wine - they don't know what they have, what type it is, whether it is served by the bottle or the glass, what the prices are (even though they are stated on the menu). When they get a bottle of white from the cellar for you, they are amazed that you prefer not to drink it lukewarm but kindly offer ice!! They are, in general, poorly dressed and sloppy. As someone who hates "mushy peas" with a passion, I was pleased to see the Fish & Chips would be served with ordinary peas (or so it appeared). This is not really a problem as, to be fair, I should have asked about the peas. However, to be told (after they had brought the peas) that there was no alternative and that I could, basically, like it or lump it, was, I thought, a bit rude. I know alternatives were available. The food, apart from that, was very good. I am sorry our waitress had to spoil it.

We stayed here for a long weekend it's perfectly placed wright on the sea front we Sat on the decked area with a pint and watched the sun go down it was so relaxing and peaceful, the hotel gets busy over the weekends but it gives it a great buzz, the rooms are spacious and clean beds are made everyday and the towels replaced, The hotel has function rooms a good size bar area and a indoor pool, the staff are very attentive very helpfull, maybe it could do with a spruce up on the inside i.e. new carpets ect but overall it's good as a base to visit other places so make sure you drive there because there's not much to do locally, we had a great weekend doing as least as possible just recharging our batteries.
