Absolutely filthy house which is a shame because on the pics on booking.com it looks to be a nice house and could be if cleaned & fixed. Needs new furniture as very dirty and old mattresses & bedding. Every room was dirty. Dirty laundry under sofa, sweets & biscuits stuck to the floor, food in the oven & microwave, spiders & webs EVERYWHERE. Just disgusting throughout. Booking.com will not help you to re book anywhere and u will be forced to stay here. I hope they improve it to save anyone else's holiday being ruined. My sister travelled from Australia so we could all have family holiday with her grandson who lives over here. He couldn't stay in the house with us as is was so un safe.

The review is totally untrue. The house was clean in all rooms and well presented with polished floors. There were no spiders or dirt under sofa. We have made sure the oven and microwave are clean for clients at all times.The furniture are of personal choice.We welcome any independent inspection any time. We believe the remark posted are for some reason vindictive and without little truth.They have illegally claimed possession to our home so to enable them to post the review. The reviews are very damaging to both our business and our reputation. We wish both the reviews and photos to be removed

We are here right now , we booked through booking.com and the reviews was amazing I was coming in from australia it was only my husband and me, I wanted my grandson to stay so saw this, perfect !@@ No we arrived there is no carpets anywhere , no plaster or skirt as you come over front door whoop's ! Its filthy miss matched bedding and pillow case uncomfortable beds dirty bathrooms like you wouldn't belive ! Plug sockets and light switches hanging out ! Windows no handles cant close (or open) oven dont even go there ###showers filthy pink (bacteria) miss matched sofa and chair's ( with questionable stains ;( ) we spent 2+ days (still trying) :( to rectifie problems but owner seriously difficult and arrogant to deal with its our 10 year wedding anaversery and I hate it I wish I was home :(…

The house in general is very clean. We have taken time to make sure everywhere is clean and presentable. To have taken photos for a few minor defects including picture of a container with cooking devices and corner of a floorboard etc. They have set up this as ownership to our house and so to post the reviews on it. this is not legal and is not acceptable. This action is very damaging to our business and our reputation. We would appreciate that the remarks and the photos be removed. Both of these reviews have been put together by the same person
