Picture the sceme, it was Sunday at 1315. There was a sign on the roadside saying Sunday lunch. There were 6 cars in the car park (? Staff). There was one couple at a table in the bar. There were 2 couples in the dining room. There were no other customs. There were a lot of empty tables. Apparently they could not serve anyone else til 1500. Don't bother!!

We just stayed for dinner here. A lovely little spot about 5 minutes drive from the beach. They have a meal of the day which is cheaper but none of the food was more than £10. It was quite quiet but nevertheless we enjoyed it and will certainly be back.

Arrived for 3 night stay & a stone hit windscreen just before we arrived and cracked it. Thanks to Amanda who printed off my insurance docs as i needed them to get new windscreen. She couldnt do enough to help. The room was lovely & no issues. We stayed in for Sunday lunch after recommendation. Absolutely lovely & we were glad we were staying as we went for a sleep after 2 courses & came back for desert later lol. Amazing team & we were well looked after. Will be visiting again soon im sure.

We stayed one night whilst visiting family in the area. The hotel is modern, clean, airy and friendly, with all the usual services one expects - wifi, tea and coffee making, television and a nice powerful shower. We entertained our family for the evening meal at the hotel, which was of very good quality and served promptly and efficiently. Our room was well equipped though minimally furnished, but would be a little on the small side for us for a longer stay, and the bed base protruded beyond the confines of the mattress which resulted in much shin-banging! We stuck a cushion on the corners to protect ourselves.

We stayed from Friday to Monday 29/7/16 to 1/8/16. The atmosphere was very good and the food and drink were excellent. It is a very friendly place to stay and the staff couldn't do enough for us (Jackie and Paula excellent ambassadors for the inn on Sunday night). We would definitely recommend a visit and will be returning ourselves.

I stayed here for a night in the week while working in Wales. Its a quiet location even though it doesn't look to be so, I'm a light sleeper and I found no problems. Nice little room, nice pub and restaurant and a fantastic lovely host Amanda, I think her name was. (Its 5 months back so hard to remember for sure). Anyhow the place was very quiet due to holidays but she made sure the bar etc was open for me. Would stay again if touring. Really good.

Just stayed here for 3 nights with my wife & found an amazing place to stay. Arrived Monday & from the moment we arrived till the moment we left Amanda made our stay a lovely break. We paid the extra for the better room & we thought money well spent. Lovely room nice and warm, also a very comfy bed. We booked in for the evening meal & Monday was 2 for £12 on main courses. The food was served & no complaints from us. They are looking for a chef but Amanda was cooking & no complaints we thought cooked by a professional. All the staff were nice & welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for the team. I did have a issue with the shaver light, mentioned this to Amanda late in the evening & she got this sorted next day so couldnt complain with that kind of service. She also advised us that there was a nice walk in woods around the back of property & we went in the rain on Weds & enjoyed this even though it was a bit muddy. We had another great meal on the Tuesday & couldnt complain with the full Welsh breakfasts we had each morning plus a good choice of other things eg cereal, yoghurts, fruit. All in all a great place to stay & we will definitely be back.

So I have made this account JUST to leave this review. Room was perfect, food brilliant, certainly went the extra mile. It was lovely to get a personalised text asking if I wanted dinner before I got there. Great value for money. I can't thank you enough. Il be back again when I am doing work in the area again.
