The web site really does not do justice to the property and the warm friendly service. We had the family room - well, this is two rooms with a shared bathroom, so really works well. This really is an amazing place with so much to commend it. The Indian Ocean reef fish tank is really spectacular. The gardens were full...

Amazing though slightly quirky place. A small hotel on the banks of the estuary, with fabulous views. Fabulous rooms, fitted to very high standards, very friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant breakfast. The perfect base for a visit to the area, free secure parking within the gated grounds, who could need anything more?

This place was fabulous, lovely bedrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing, there was a traditional English with toast also waffles and pastries. On the table was a big bowl of fruit. Just a 10minute walk away was a nice pub that you could get a evening meal. Would certainly recommend for an overnight stay.

I only booked this holiday at the last minute as we needed a break and it was not too far from home. It was an amazing surprise - a beautiful place set in glorious scenery. Our room with a balcony was very spacious and comfortable and we loved the modern bathroom with its rain shower. Substantial breakfasts with tasty waffles...

Stopped here for 2 nights with my wife. We were both on motorbikes. We were not in the main house, but at the back. Our room was done out really nicely. Very comfortable with a large TV, fridge and tea making. The breakfast both morning was excellent. Lots of choice and really nice ingredients. Nice view over the estuary, and...

We stayed in Borthwnog Hall to celebrate our 7th marriage anniversary. It was one of the most amazing views from the room in a very tranquil environment. Even my 1 and 3 months old son enjoyed a lot! We were received by the gentleman who explained us everything and the breakfast was great as well. Definitely recommend staying in this...

Visited this absolutely beautiful hall on a well earned weekend break..Stayed in the family suite so my 14 year old daughter could have own room. My partner and I had a huge super king size bed and the luxurious bathroom and walk in shower made the visit complete. A wonderful breakfast was prepared and they make fresh waffles whilst you...

After visiting last year, it was a definite that we would be back to Borthwnog Hall. We returned for a short break to celebrate my partners birthday and again, this beautiful B&B did not disappoint. We booked the deluxe guest room (the same as last year) and it was as stunning as ever. The massive kingside bed was like sleeping...

We had the family room which many others have commented on. It was great - a mini suite with a "front door", small hallway and two super sized rooms. The rooms felt as though attention to guest comfort was foremost in the mind of the owners. The items felt good quality, not flash but high spec. The beds were so...
