Once we got to the hotel, there were hardly any staff in sight, and when I found one, I was told that I would have to park in the long stay Carpark, not the 'free parking' provided, as there was a music festival on, which was occupying the car park. There was no mention at all of this on either...

We booked here for a two night stay for a short break, we were allotted room 208 on the second floor and had the use of either stairs or lift, The room was well decorated to a high standard, spotlessly clean and spacious enough, the double bed was comfortable. In the restaurant the food was very good , large portions...

We booked and ate here in early June as a last minute thing and were not disappointed! The decor is lovely, clean and modern. Our meals were excellent and great value for money! The wild mushroom starter was unique and a big portion (we were glad we shared it!).

From the minute we walked through the door to the moment we left, It was faultless. Great room, fantastic service in the bar and restaurant, and the food itself was excellent. Especially the breakfast. Top drawer, will be returning.

We had a twin room which unfortunately was tiny and in my opinion should only be a single room. Staff were lovely and could not do enough for us. The room and restaurant were spotless. Breakfast the next morning was gorgeous with plenty of choice
