Having 'walked out' much of northern Snowdonia I was seeking a good establishment further south from which to continue our explorations. I found it! Nick and Sharon were friendly and very knowledgeable hosts, and despite the alightly-less-than-perfect weather on this occasion, we had a very memorable stay. The building is full of character, and very well situated near the centre...

We arrived to a very warm welcome from Sharon and Nick. The building has lots of character which matches the owners. They couldn't be more helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you Both for making our stay pleasant and comfortable. Awesome Breakfast also. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time with Nick and Sharon who were warm and welcoming and full of tips on hikes and good places to grab a bite afterwards! We were determined to climb Cadar Idris on...

I stayed over night with my son and we loved Ty Seren. The room was lovely with everything we needed, the location was great, just a very short walk into town and very quiet, breakfast was delicious. Sharon was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

The information office in Dolgellau has been closed but if you stay here it doesn't matter one bit as Nick and Sharon have information on almost everything on offer in the area. We wanted to climb Cader Idris and Nick gave us advice on the best routes, weather conditions and was happy to lend us his maps if we needed...

My daughter recently got married in Dolgellau and walked the short walk up the hill from Ty Seren to church on the arm of her proud father! The wedding party filled this quaint, old B&B, there was a lot of guests coming and going and changing of bedrooms but Sharon and Nick were so accommodating and made it all run...
