Gem of a hotel in beautiful North Wales. Tranquil and relaxing, it's been open less than six months and the owners clearly know what they're doing, despite no previous hospitality experience. They keep a watching eye, they've spent millions and it's beautiful. No form to fill in on arrival and no credit card required until departure, perfect. Excellent food and...

We stayed at Pale Hall for 2 nights with our two young children, and extended family to celebrate my father in law's 65th birthday. We were welcomed with a smile and help with our luggage followed by a glass of fizz which was a lovely touch. After settling into our beautiful room complete with complementary sherry and lovely thick soft...

Thank you for this thoughtful, considered and wonderful review. It was such a pleasure to meet you all. I must say that your children are a credit to you! I am not sure who was more thrilled, your son, for feeding Jet, or Jet, for being fed. We are so glad you had a lovely time and that your father...

We were staying close by on holiday and decided to try Pale Hall for a family Sunday lunch with my Mum, Hubble and teenage son and we were definitely not disappointed Fabulous Welsh black beef with beautiful vegetables and delicious puddings. Great attentive service and make sure to enjoy coffee post lunch in the lounge. Highly recommended

We visited within a few weeks of the hotel's opening. We were warmly welcomed by Sean who gave us excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. Rooms are beautifully furnished although a little smaller than I had expected. During our visit there were a few teething troubles - the water was only...

Dear Wendy, thank you for taking time to write such a lovely review. We are delighted that you had a lovely meal and the service was good. I see you stayed in September, right after our opening, and we did indeed have a couple of, now sorted, teething issues with the thermostats on our new showers and with the new...

Only one word can describe this experience and that is excellent. The owners and staff were extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the surroundings took our breath away. Recently refurbished with modern facilities but all done to fit in with the period of the hall. It felt like we were staying in their own home and sharing this...

We are glad that you had such a good time with us and the staff made your stay very special. Alan will not be allowed near the toaster again - I promise !! but at least we know the fire staff procedures work. He is very sorry. (He was being so kind to me and making me breakfast in bed...
