Worst organised campsite about. All about making money not looking after the customer. Toilets are a joke, showers are worst. Staff weren't only rude but also slightly aggressive. Rules weren't kept to and no enforcement. All in all a money maker that's all could be so much better if the some of the money was invested back into the site....

It was raining when we arrived at the campsite and pitching our tent in the rain was not great. Unfortunately it continued to rain overnight and in the morning the back field (where we had pitched) was starting to flood. We decided to pop into Llanberis for breakfast before making a decision about wether or not to stay. Luckily by...

The only positive is the location - perfect spot. Unfortunately the facilities on the site and the service is very poor. There are eight showers - all at reception - to cover 100s of people so lots of queues (but the water is warm so that's good). The sinks for washing up are provided but the water shoots out -...

Money! Money! Money! If that doesn't paint a picture i don't know what will. Rude and unhelpful. Money orientated and only have their own interests at heart. Give your money to a genuine business/campsite- with decent values at heart.

AVOID BY ALL MEANS! Do not have the interest of campers or walkers at heart, more interested in money. They over charge and under-deliver. Give your money to a genuine business with genuine values. Absolutely would not return.

We visited this basically walkers campsite with a motorhome. The seven dedicated pitches are positioned next to the lake and the views could not be better. The toilet and shower facilities are well used but clean. The on site pizza tent was very good. The spaces are very close together so you need to get on with your neighbours. We...

What a location nestled at the bottom of the Snowdon range next to a lake - very idyllic. Just need to watch for the wind that can rattle down the valley - get those guy ropes fixed down! Facilities are basic but very functional. They are clearly spending money on the site as they have it which is great to...

Attended and helped at a wedding reception held in the Gwynant Barns, part of the campsite location. The barns also have their own field for camping adjacent to the main campsite. The location is brilliant with views over the lake and hills and a long lakeside beach for canoeing and swimming.. Although we did not camp on this ocassion I...

I was lucky enough to spend another fantastic week at this wonderful picturesque site. The weather was terrific and thankfully the site was pretty empty which added to the overall enjoyment. Facilities are good, clean and modern with great washrooms/loos and showers are free. The site has a shop and is tended around the clock by friendly and helpful wardens....

I stayed here for 3 nights over the May bank holiday as 1 person in a tent. It’s good value for money at £10 a night (not the cheapest campsite I’ve stayed in but cheaper than other sites close by) and you don’t have to pay extra for showers (hot and powerful). Fire pits are hired out for free and...
