Booked with little caravan to stay at Llyn Gwynant campsite. On arrival our reserved plot had been taken, staff were very helpful and offered us a different plot but unfortunately is was that muddy it was not suitable. The helpful staff very kindly found us another plot which we set up camp quite happily. Spent most of the 2 weeks... More

Booked in weeks ago, all paid for and money taken out of my partners account. He called today to confirm a late check in for Friday, to be told our tourer was booked on to a Motor home pitch, so they could not accommodate us, before we booked several calls where made to this site and we where told that... The drive up to the campsite is breathtaking. The campsite is in the most perfect location whether you're with family..friends, on your own or a couple. It's a very civilized camp, no noise after 11pm allowed so you are guaranteed a great nights sleep for a fresh start in the morning. The first morning I woke up,I took a cup... More

Great spot by the lake at the back of Snowdon, website gives a great impression and there are good features - Pizza is good and open till 10 if you arrive late, wonderful views and chilled out staff. However, you are not able to take you car to the pitch (nothing marked out, you can put your tent up anywhere)... More

Went to this campsite with no expectations. We had a mix experience. I Paid for an electric hook up / pitch. The pitch was tight, smaller than I normally experience.I was given a pitch which was mud. The staff, were apologetic and very helpful gave me some plastic matting to put down which did help a lot. The camp is... More

I cannot comment or even consider the negative reviews from the camping attendees who have posted, because we predominantly remained lake side within one of the few campervan spaces with electric hook up. However On arrival we had a problem, not major but only because the very assisting staff made it so... Our VW campervan is reliant on the use... More

A beautiful and secure campsite close to Mount Snowdon. Staff really helpful and always ready to help. For £10 per night with hot shower, toilets and car park facility on site, I would return to this campsite any day. I left my car here and took the sherpa bus to hike Mt Snowdon, left my camping kit on site too... More

We spent 2 nights in a motor home here, either side of a trek up Snowdon. Getting to the site was a bit hairy in a motorhome on a Saturday afternoon, and the entrance/exit are not the easiest to manoeuvre, but luckily hubby was driving. There are only a limited amount of electric hook ups and the site seems to... More
